QR Order Paid Terms of Service apply to all paid services provided by QROrder. These QR Order Paid Terms of Service apply when using any such paid service. Use of any paid services requires agreement to the QR Order Terms of Service and the QR Order Paid Terms of Service, as well as paid registration.

• Article 1 Regarding Paid Terms of Service

  • 1. The QR Order Paid Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "(these) Terms") apply to all paid services (hereinafter referred to as "(the) Paid Service(s)") provided by BlueIsland Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "(the) Company"). Use of any paid services constitutes agreement to these terms.
  • 2. The Company retains the right to, at its own discretion and without forewarning to any registered users of the paid services (hereinafter referred to as "Paying Members"), alter these terms at any point.
  • 3. Unless otherwise stated by the Company, altered Paid Terms of Service will become effective the moment they appear on the site. Any paying member continuing to use paid services after an alteration to the terms will be deemed to agree with the new Paid Terms of Service.

• Article 2 Definitions

  Any terminology used in the Paid Terms of Service, shall, unless otherwise stipulated within the Paid Terms of Service, be equivalent to that of the QR Order Terms of Service.

• Article 3 Paid Registration

  • 1. Users must conduct paid registration, to use paid services.
  • 2. Users who wish to conduct paid registration, must agree to the QR Order Terms of Service and Paid Terms of Service, as well as register via the methods stipulated by the Company.
  • 3. The Company shall conduct a review of all entered information during registration (including credit card number), and if conditions to use Paid Services are met, this shall be deemed as consent by the Company regarding application for Paying Membership. If, as a result of review, the Company determines that the application is not appropriate, the paid registration may not be consented to.

• Article 4 Usage Fees

  • 1. Fees regarding the use of Paid Services shall be stipulated separately.
  • 2. The Company retains the right to, without the prior consent of Paying Members, alter fees at its own discretion. However, such changes shall be effective after that point. If Paying Members do not agree, they must cancel their registration to the Paid Service(s), within the stipulated period. Continuing to use the Paid Service(s) after the stipulated period shall be construed as agreement to the alteration.

• Article 5 Payment

  • 1. Payment method for Paid Services shall be stipulated by the Company.
  • 2. Receipts shall not be issued by the Company for any payments for Paid Services.

• Article 6 Penalty Interest

  • 1. In the event that a Paying Member fails to pay for Paid Services, or otherwise imposed debt on the Company, by the due date, shall be liable to pay a penalty interest rate of 14.6％ per annum, as calculated in days from the day after the due date until date of payment, on top of amount due, by a date and in a method stipulated by the Company.
  • 2. Any transfer fees or other costs incurred shall be imposed on the Paying Member.

• Article 7 Cancelling Paid Registration

  • 1. Paying Members shall cancel registration of Paid Services in a process stipulated by the Company, and cancellation shall be construed as complete when that process is complete.
  • 2. The Company shall not, for any reason, refund any amount already paid.
  • 3. Paying Members shall be liable to pay the full monthly price, even in the event of cancellation partially through a month.

• Article 8 Termination of Paid Registration

  • 1. The Company retains the right to, in any of the following cases, and without prior warning to the Paying Member, terminate or temporarily suspend any paid registration, both in part or in full.
    （1）The Company determines that it pertains to Article 16 of the QR Order Terms of Service.
    （2）Payment for paid services, or other reimbursement, is late or refused to be paid.
    （3）The method of payment is stopped.
    （4）The Paying Member has incurred provisional seizure, a provisional injunction, compulsory execution, tax delinquency etc. or the Paying Member has begun bankruptcy procedures or civil rehabilitation proceedings, or the Paying Member has been judged to begin custody, curatorship or supervision.
    （5）The Company has made requests to resolve violations to the QR Order Terms of Service or Paid Terms of Service, but the Paying Member has not complied.
  • 2. Paying Members shall be liable fully, and shall become immediately due and payable, for any costs incurred for use of Paid Services, or any other obligations incurred by the Company in the event of any of the above conditions being met.
  • 3. In the event that a Paying Member meets a condition stipulated in Paragraph 1, and incurs costs on the Company, the Company retains the right to request reparations to that Paid Member (including terminated paid registrations), independent of paid registration termination.
  • 4. The Company shall not be held responsible for any effects resulting from measures resulting from the conditions stipulated in Paragraph 1.

• Article 9 Personal Information

  • 1. The Company shall be Paying Members' registered details in compliance with the "Privacy Policy" stipulated elsewhere.
  • 2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may disclose personal information to credit card companies, etc. to the extent necessary to identify, pay and collect debts and obligations of the Paying Member with respect to the Company. However, the method of handling and disposal of such information, between third parties and the Company shall be conducted under strict management and care.
  • 3. The Paying Member consents to the Company entrusting contractors to manage credit card information and other settlement information, in order to charge the Paying Member for the usage fee of Paying Service(s).

• Article 10 Changes at End of Paid Registration

  Paying Members shall lose the ability to use Paid Service(s) and all registered data at the time of registration cancellation or termination.

• Supplemental Provisions

  • ・These terms come into effect from January 1, 2020
  • ・All action by members and users taken before these Terms come into effect shall still be applicable.
